Wilken von Hodenberg | BVK

Wilken von Hodenberg is spokesman of the Board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVK). He is the mission leader of the BVK to London, UK. Von Hodenberg is a member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), a leading German private equity firm. From 2000 to 2013, he served DBAG as a member and spokesman of the Board of Management after a two-year tenure as a Managing Director at the Frankfurt office of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Bank. From 1993 to 1998, von Hodenberg served as Managing Director at Baring Brothers GmbH in Frankfurt. Prior to that, he was Deputy Managing Director in charge of finance of Tengelmann group, Mülheim/Ruhr. Wilken von Hodenberg began his career with the JP Morgan Bank in New York and Frankfurt. He studied law in Hamburg and Lausanne, Switzerland.

Georg Ganghofer | Brockhaus Private Equity

Georg Ganghofer is an investment director with Brockhaus Private Equity, Frankfurt, a leading Private Equity firm for technology related small- to mid-cap buy-outs and growth investments in the German speaking region. Dr. Fabian Heilemann | Earlybird

Dr. Fabian Heilemann is a digital serial-entrepreneur and early stage investor. He joined Earlybird in 2016 when Earlybird merged with his firm Heilemann Ventures. He has over 16 years of entrepreneurial track record, 8 years in the digital industry: He co-founded the couponing platform DailyDeal in late 2009 and sold the company to Google Inc. in 2011. Later they bought the company back, restructured it, took it to profitability and sold it a second time to MenschDanke GmbH in 2015. Ulrike Hinrichs | BVK

Ulrike Hinrichs is Executive Member of the Board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVK). She joined the BVK in May 2011. Before that Ulrike Hinrichs was Head of the Cabinet of the Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office, Cornelia Pieper. Between 2005 and 2009 she controlled and supervised the press department and the internal and external communication of the former Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, Horst Seehofer. Hinrichs is a journalist by profession and has worked as such for the German TV channels ARD and ZDF.

Nicholas Money-Kyrle | Steadfast Capital

Nicholas Money-Kyrle founded Steadfast Capital in 2001. He began his career in the German private equity business in 1994 and prior to Steadfast Capital has held investment and management responsibilities with 3i Deutschland, GE Capital and BHF Bank. Prior to private equity, Nick worked for eight years for KPMG in Edinburgh and Düsseldorf. He possesses extensive deal experience primarily in direct LBO participations and also in fund-of-fund and secondary business. Nick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University and the Bremen Business College.

Tobias P. Schirmer: After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2003, Tobias started his career in the finance sector, working for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Madrid, London and Frankfurt. After his MBA from IE Business School in 2007, Tobias founded two startups before joining the Bertelsmann Entrepreneur Program in 2008. Reinhilde Spatscheck | SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement

Reinhilde Spatscheck is a founding partner of SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH.
